Zahoor Ka Waqt Aa Gaya Hai Lyrics in English (Roman)

Zahoor ka waqt aa gaya hai, imam se lau lagaaye rakhna,
Zahoor ka waqt aa gaya hai, haram pe nazrein jamaaye rakhna,
Zahoor ka waqt aa gaya hai, charagh-e-ulfat jalaaye rakhna.

Zahoor ka waqt aa gaya hai, har ek rasta sajaaye rakhna.

Tumhaari daulat hai ilm-o-taqwa, karega Dajjal us pe hamla,
Zahoor ka waqt aa gaya hai, tum apni poonji bachaaye rakhna.

Yahi kahin aas paas hoga, woh aane wala tha aa chuka hai,
Hawaari Eesa ke saath honge, mawaali Maula ke saath honge,
Zahoor ka waqt aa gaya hai, mawaaliyon se banaaye rakhna.

Hai inteqam-e-Hussain baaqi, woh aane wala hisaab lega,

Siwaaye chand ek zahoor ki, sab alaamatein poori ho chuki hain,

Zahoor ka waqt aa gaya hai, tum apna bistar lagaaye rakhna.

English Translation

The time of the reappearance has come – keep your heart bound to the Imam; the time has come – keep your gaze fixed on the sanctuary; the time has come – keep the lamp of love alight.

Let no sleep or drowsiness overcome you – keep watch every moment; for from Samarra, who knows by which road he will come – the time has come, so keep every path adorned.

Have no attachment to the love of this world, nor dealings that stray from the faith; your true wealth is knowledge and piety, which the Dajjal will attack – the time has come, so guard your treasure.

He will be right here, close by; the awaited one was to come, and has drawn near; the disciples of Eesa (Jesus) will be with him, and the devotees of the Maula with him – the time has come, so keep your bond with the devoted.

The revenge for Hussain still remains; the awaited one will settle the account; keep your belief true, you who long to be counted among his helpers – the time has come, so put your deeds to the test.

Save for a few, all the signs of the reappearance have been fulfilled; your insight and awareness unsettle the enemies of truth – the time has come, so protect your heart and sight.

The ever-new songs of love you bring day after day, reciting the ziyarat – O Sibt-e-Jafar, you who have fallen at the Imam’s door – the time has come, so keep your bed laid out in readiness.
